The short version

  • We collect only what you choose to send us, like your name, email and project details, plus basic technical data any website receives.
  • We use it to answer you, quote and deliver your project, host your site, and run our business.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
  • This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no ad trackers.
  • We share data only with the service providers that help us operate, like email, hosting and form delivery.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information anytime at contact@chisholmwebsolutions.com.

1. Who we are

Chisholm Web Solutions ("Chisholm," "we," "us" or "our") is a web design, development and hosting business based in Texas, United States. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

3.2 Information collected automatically

Like every website, when you visit the Site your browser automatically shares some technical information:

  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time. This is used for security, troubleshooting and keeping the Site running.
  • Font delivery. The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google describes how it handles this data in the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.

We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels or cookies on the Site. See Section 5.

3.3 Information from other sources

When preparing a quote or working on your project, we may look at publicly available information about your business, such as your current website, Google Business Profile, social media pages and online reviews. If someone refers you to us, they may share your name and contact details with us.

Because we don't track visitors, there is nothing to opt out of. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to be tracked, which is already how the Site works.
